Key Responsibilities

• Conduct legal and regulatory research.
• Assist with contract review, organization, and documentation.
• Support compliance and legal operations initiatives.
• Monitor regulatory developments relevant to the business.
• Prepare summaries, reports, and legal documentation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
