As an HR Intern, you'll work closely with our People team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning initiatives, and people operations projects. This is an opportunity to learn how modern People teams operate while contributing to meaningful projects that impact employees across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Assist with onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
• Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Support learning, engagement, and people operations projects.
• Conduct research and assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with team members to improve internal processes and employee experience.

Requirements

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership.

Previous HR experience is not required. Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
