About the Role

As an HR Intern, you'll work closely with our People team to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, learning initiatives, and people operations projects. This is an opportunity to learn how modern People teams operate while contributing to meaningful projects that impact employees across the business.

Our mission is to bridge the gap in financial connectivity by providing reliable tools for data verification, identity management, and seamless bank payments across the continent.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
- Assist with onboarding and employee experience initiatives.
- Help maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support learning, engagement, and people operations projects.
- Conduct research and assist with reporting and administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to improve internal processes and employee experience.
Requirements
You're likely to thrive in this role if you:
- Are interested in Human Resources, People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or Organizational Development.
- Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Enjoy working with people and solving operational challenges.

- Are proficient in Google Workspace and other productivity tools.
- Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and a strong sense of ownership.
Previous HR experience is not required. Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn are what matter most.
